Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for collectible items. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or preference changes.

Please place your order carefully before checkout.


Damages & Incorrect Items

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To request approval, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Your order number

All damage claims are subject to photo review and approval before any return, replacement, or refund is issued.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement is:

  1. Complete the approved return process

  2. Place a new order separately for the desired item


Refunds (Approved Cases Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Collectible cards

  • Squishy / slow-rebound toys

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened or used items (unless approved for damage)
